Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent that is recognized by Board of Architects / BCA At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Commercial Building projects in Singapore. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Prepare Material for submission
- Check & ensure of drawing according to design
- Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues.
