Support a High-Performing Executive Search Team

Be part of a driven team supporting search assignments through precise outreach, formatting, and documentation. This is an operationally focused role with direct impact on delivery.

What You'll Do :

  • Source and organise candidate information from LinkedIn.
  • Conduct outreach through email and phone.
  • Format and quality-check CVs and presentation documents.
  • Maintain recruitment records and assist with follow-up tasks.

What We're Looking For :

  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and LinkedIn tools.
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with admin-heavy, process-driven tasks.
