Responsibilities

ProvideLeadership to the Electrical engineering team to comply withproject requirements and to meet project schedules.

Leadand prepare overall concept.

Lead, prepare, & reviewRequest for Quotations (RFQs) and specifications. Lead EPC tenderas the lead for Electrical.

Review technical proposalsfrom OEMs to ensure compliance to our design requirement.

Plan & Manage the Electrical Master documentList.

Plan & Manage manpower loading.

Reviewcable routing, BOQ, lead engineers anddrafters.

Lead the engineeringdesign of the following activities :

Designof 230kV, 66kV, 6.6kV & LV power supply system including;Sizing of Power Generation System, transformer, UPS & DCsystems.

Articulate the overall SingleLine

Understand & explain Power system Analysis byETAP

Understand & explain Protectioncoordination

Calculate Cable Size

Understand& explain HV, MV and LV distribution & motor startersystem

Understand & explain UPS & DCsystem

Understand & explain Solar generationsystem

Understand & explain Power ManagementSystem

Plan & coordinate Electrical Roomlayout

Understand, explain, plan & coordinate Cableand Busduct Management System

Steam / Gas turbinegenerator

EDG (Emergency dieselgenerator)

GCB / TCB / UCB

GSUT / UAT / AT

MV / LVVSDs

IPBD / SBPD / LV Busduct

Civil interface for switchboard installation, pull pitand penetration.

Requirements

Atleast 10 years of relevant experience as Leader or SeniorElectrical Engineer in EPC project for Power, Petrochemical and / orWaste-to-Energy plants

Bachelor's degree in electricalengineering or equivalent

Strong background in EPCprojects Strong leadership & peoplemanagement

Familiar with industrial standard, e.g, ISO,IEEE, and etc. and Singapore standard, e.g SS638

Familiarwith statutory Regulation or Code, like Singapore transmissioncode. etc.

Able to work in collaboration with variousdisciplines

Able to interface seamlessly with engineering,construction, and operations contractors

Able towork on-site in construction environment
