Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze economic, regulatory, and competitive data to support strategic decision-making
- Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and build business cases
- Manage and support cross-functional projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and monitor timelines using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
- Coordinate task owners, follow up on deliverables, and ensure accountability across different workstreams
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations with clear insights and recommendations for management and stakeholders
- Engage and manage relationships with senior leaders, external partners, and internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes
- Facilitate meetings, capture key points and action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support business case development, investment evaluation, and financial modelling activities
- Provide inputs on go-to-market strategies and market entry considerations, particularly within the Southeast Asia region
- Maintain structured documentation and ensure all project records, data, and reports are up to date and accessible
Requirements
Strong analytical and research skills with proven ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insightsProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or TableauExperience in managing or supporting projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with project planning and management tools such as Microsoft Project or SmartsheetWillingness to travel overseas as required by business and project needsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentationsStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and external partnersHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneouslyStrong business acumen, with understanding of financial modelling, investment evaluation, and business case developmentKnowledge of go-to-market strategies and market entry considerations in Southeast Asia will be an advantage
