Corporate Secretarial (Assistant Manager | Manager) - (6 months contract convertible to perm)

Our Client

Our client is a well-known leader in the Energy industry. They are currently looking for a Corporate Secretarial (AM / M) to be based in Singapore.

The Role

• Provide corporate secretarial support for entities maintained by the Group and guidance to team members.
• Support the functions of the corporate secretariat department, ensure regulatory compliance with Companies Act and other requirements.
• Handle wide spectrum of corporate secretarial works including preparation of Board resolutions, documents, minutes of meetings as well as announcements.
• Assist in the logistics for the Board Meetings
• Ensure that the statutory records of group of companies are updated and maintained on timely basis, as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, Cap 50.
• Liaise with auditors, ACRA officers and other external parties.
• Support supervisor in all aspects of secretariat and compliance, participate in new initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned by him / her.
