Get to Know the Role
This position requires comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O), specializing in technical support and solution delivery.
We are looking for a senior staff with experience in delivering customized solutions, optimizing system performance, and enhancing business processes in the Dynamics 365 F&O system. This role encompasses leading ERP system optimization, Microsoft cloud technology advancements, and improvement measures for cost-saving and productivity.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide support for daily operation on Dynamics 365 F&O system. Troubleshoot and maintain the system ensure full functionality and reliability.Assist in design, development, and test for fixes and enhancements required by the users.Develop and improve integration with other cloud applications and streamline process flows.Enable Dynamics 365 in data warehouse and build customized Power BI reports.Follow up with vendors for issue tickets and ensure on-time delivery of root cause analysis and fix release.Manage Azure tenant VMs and services activities.Understand project requirements and propose improvements for process or functionality.Draft and review documents for business processes, user manuals and functional design specs.Participate in global collaboration projects with teams in Japan and other countries.Project management on cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure on timely delivery of the project and within budget.Skills and Competencies Profile
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financial & Operations (F&O).Hands-on experiences in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financial & Operations, including system configuration, user role design and module deployment.Skilled in customizing Dynamics objects, including Tables, Forms, Reports, and Extended Data Types (EDTs). Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodology.Proficient in Microsoft Azure management, SSRS report development, Power BI and / or Power Automate.Adept to streamline business processes, enhance system performance, and deliver comprehensive reporting solutions in a timely manner.Demonstrated ability in creating technical documents, solving issues and developing interfaces to innovate the utilization of the ERP data.Strong interpersonal skills and a team player, able to work with diverse range of functional teams and service partners.Independent, self-starter and outcome driven, with good written, communication and analytical skills.Experience in Supply Chain industry management, with knowledge of Finance and Manufacturing is a big advantage.Certification Requirement :
