Sourcing & Procurement Executive - D22 Jurong, Jurong Island, Tuas, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Work closely with Sales on project quotations, BOM costing, and pricing submissions .
• Develop and qualify new materials and suppliers to support business growth.
• Localize key materials (e.g., cables, wires, connectors, components ) to improve supply efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and drive cost reduction initiatives .
• Support resolution of supplier issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery .
• Manage the full procurement cycle : raise POs, confirm orders, track deliveries, and monitor inventory.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules and customer deliveries .
• Review and manage procurement documents (quotations, invoices, delivery notes).
• Coordinate with Finance, Planning, Warehouse, and QA teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Stay updated on market trends, tariffs, and logistics costs to provide sourcing insights
• Arrange materials timily delivery to customer as well as the project requirement
