Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare and submit project related documents (e.g. RA, MOS, PTW etc).
- Tender estimation & quotations.
- Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
- Liaise with customer and attend site meeting if required.
- Prepare, update and submit of drawings and project documents.
- Handle overall planning and implementation of project management to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor site progress and prepare progress report.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning.Knowledge of basic written and spoken English.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and knowledge in AutoCAD.Good attitude, responsible personality and hard working.Team player and able to work with all level of staffs.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Multitask skill, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Salary will commensurate with experience.Tell employers what skills you have
