About The Role :

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Onsite Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and drive the end‑to‑end recruitment for a key client – a leading financial institution.
In this pivotal role, you will be the dedicated recruiting expert on the ground, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring high‑caliber Sales Representatives. This is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of onsite collaboration and hybrid work arrangement. It’s a fantastic contract opportunity to make a significant impact with a high‑visibility client, with the potential for long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage End‑to‑End Recruitment : Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for sales roles, from initial job briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing : Utilize a multi‑channel approach (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to build a robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Engagement : Act as a brand ambassador, providing an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, constructive feedback, and a seamless interview process.
- Stakeholder Partnership : Work closely with the client’s hiring managers and HR team to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Screening & Interviewing : Conduct thorough phone, video, and in‑person screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Market Insights : Provide valuable market data and recruitment analytics to help guide hiring decisions and strategy.
- Ensure Compliance : Manage all candidate tracking within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and adherence to all relevant employment laws and company policies.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably within a corporate, RPO or agency environment.Demonstrable experience recruiting for sales roles is a significant advantage; experience in financial services is a major plus.Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing techniques.Strong candidate management skills with a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.A self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset, able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office.The Offer
