Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our HR recruitment outreach across key sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, and eldercare. This role involves direct engagement with hospitals, restaurants, hotels, hospice care centres, and elderly homes to understand staffing needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients in hospitals, restaurants, hotels, hospice care centres, and elderly homes
- Tailor recruitment and business development strategies based on client needs and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong rapport with new and existing clients
- Analyse market trends and lead multi-channel marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with marketing efforts
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports
