Accounts Executive (6-Month Contract, Renewable) #HKF

📍 Location : One North

🕘 Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

💰 Salary : Up to $4,000

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and issue statements / credit notes.

Handle vendor payments and staff expense claims.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and support ERP system operations.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audit preparation.

Prepare monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and GST submissions.

Support ad-hoc finance and reporting tasks as needed.

Requirements :

Min. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Min. 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP / accounting systems.
