Job descriptionStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Multiple work locations island-wide. Hourly basic pay from S$12 / hr to S$50 / hr, depending on sales. 5 working hours per shift Morning shift 10am-3pm, Afternoon shift 3pm-8pm Minimum 15 hours work per week ITE / Poly / Uni Students are welcome to apply
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities : -
- Engage and consult with prospective learners to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Present and explain course offerings, fee structures and registration processes.
- Manage enquiries and follow up on leads generated via walk-ins, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Ensure accurate administration of course enrolments and proper documentation.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver high standards of customer service and learner support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, funding schemes, and industry trends.
