Job description
- Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget.
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
- Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors.
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments.
- Preparation of Monthly progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors.
- To negotiate on pricing.
- Handle any ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
