Assistant Manager - Technology Planner (CoPM - NF)
Position Overview The Centre of Programme Management - New Facilities (CoPM - NF) Project Manager's role is to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices to ensure the respective programme's success. This includes planning detailed engagement strategies, objectives, policies, and funding. You are expected to perform detailed analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive key insights for planning work streams to achieve desired outcomes. You should be able to see interconnections, anticipate operational issues across all parts of the programme, and develop effective strategies to address them. Role & Responsibilities Gather IT requirements for new healthcare facilities. Track and review submissions from various Application and Infrastructure Teams. Collate and compile documentation for submission. Coordinate with forums for approval papers and seek funding approval, including slide preparation. Ensure project delivery aligns with scope and timeline. Highlight issues encountered and potential risks. Provide regular progress updates to management. Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport. Coordinate with project teams during implementation, application testing, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support, following project methodologies and policies. Requirements At least 1-5 years of healthcare IT experience. Preferably PMP or equivalent certification. A team player who can also work independently.
