Key Responsibilities :
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers.Develop insights to support decision-making across business units such as retail banking, corporate banking, and risk management.Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to improve customer segmentation, credit risk assessment, and fraud detection.Build interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through data storytelling and visualization.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources.Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.Maintain compliance with banking regulations and data privacy policies.Partner with business teams, risk management, and IT to align data insights with business objectives.Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and impactful manner.Translate complex data concepts into business-friendly insights for non-technical stakeholders.Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.Solid understanding of financial products, risk analytics, and banking operations.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9) is a plus.EA Licence No : 23S1615
