Job Description :
Ensure timely processing and submission of claim documents.
Prepare documents, checklists, and other relevant support materials for both CM and PM teams.
Attend monthly meetings with engineers and managers.
Support both CM and PM teams with administrative matters.
Liaise with suppliers and internal procurement and finance teams.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Assist with additional support and related matters as needed.
Requirements :
Strong communication and writing skills in English; proficiency in Chinese and other languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Procurement experience is essential.
Good computer skills and familiarity with email communication, especially Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with external suppliers.
Experience in Facility Management or Engineering is advantageous.
