Job description

Our client is an established and highly regarded international PE firm who is in a growth mode. Due to business expansion, it is now hiring a newly created role for an Associate / Senior Associate in the Investor Relations / Investor Solutions and Marketing team who will focus on product marketing functions. This professional will manage and support the firm's investor relations and fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the firm's investor relations activities, including investor servicing, investor reporting, queries management, dataroom access and CRM management
  • Drive ongoing investor engagement activities (e.g. investor visits, conferences, roadshows)
  • Responsible for and co-ordinate product launches and ongoing maintenance, overseeing product positioning, collateral generation, in partnership with investments team
  • Support the firm’s fundraising campaigns, in partnership with sales team and senior management
  • Manage bespoke solutioning discussions, including structuring proposals and coordinating across teams to deliver customised solutions.
  • Contribute to the company’s branding and communications activities
  • Day to day administrative matters
  • Work closely with rest of the team and be exposed to other business functions as well

Qualifications & Capabilities

  • Degree qualified from a good university with 4 – 6 years of investor relations, or investment or product marketing / specialist experience with a client service orientation
  • Has an interest in PE and capital markets
  • Added experience supporting semi liquid funds (e.g. private equity or private credit) is useful but this is not a must
  • Dynamic, adaptable and comfortable working in fact-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken & written English (as this role will require extensive communication and writing).
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, experience in graphic design and video content creation experience is a plus (not a must)
