Job description

Okonomiyaki Shop looking for full time kitchen staff for their restaurant at Bukit Timah.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

Slicing / chopping ingredients / meat
Preparation of batter
Deep frying
Plating of orders
keeping station clean
ensuring food cleanliness / hygiene
cleaning up of station and kitchen at the end of the day

Job requirements :

Preferably 1 year in the kitchen experienced with cutting

Good sense of hygiene because of open concept kitchen

Be able to understand simple English and read the order chit.
