Roles & Responsibilities

TKQP Law LLP requires an IT Support Technician preferably with the relevant experience working in a legal industry.

Job requirements :

  • Knowledge of legal practice management software, document management system and data security / protection is desired.
  • Provide end-user support, oversee and manage IT operations and technical issues.
  • Oversee the maintenance and security of the firm's computer systems and system monitoring.
  • Manage staff and user credentials and frameworks.
  • Ensure systems are secure and protected from breach or viruses.
  • Maintain cybersecurity and resolves issues on vulnerabilities on servers, applications, software and firewall.
