Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary :
You will provide the daily administrative and operational support to the team; organise the logistics & / or resources to ensure the smooth running of programme services. You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities, where required.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties :
Administration and Staff Development
Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events
with other community partners and agencies.
In charge of timely data collection for the programme report
submissions (quarterly and annually)
In charge of simple data analysis to generate quarterly and annual
reports for the relevant programme
Store and maintain data and documents in accordance with the
programme requirement, as well as the prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
Coordinate the team’s training schedule, in consultation with the
Senior Allied Health Professional.
Assist in conducting basic mental health assessments, such as
initial screenings when handling calls and walk-ins.
