Job descriptionDiploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on CNC machines in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for facility maintenance, machinery upgrades, and equipment repairs while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve machinery issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain service records.
- Oversee spare parts procurement, enforce safety compliance, and manage maintenance budgets to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, cost-effective services, and major overhauls.
- Provide basic training on machinery and equipment maintenance for operational staff.
