Product Specialist (Cyber)

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of driving joint sales of Cybersecurity solutions through the strategic planning and execution of innovative marketing events, engaging workshops, and robust pipeline generation initiatives.

By collaborating with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams, you will create concise and compelling service messaging, drive pipeline generation and revenues, increase mindshare with customers, and position Singtel as a leading Managed Security Services Provider.

Your responsibilities extend to engaging with SMB and Enterprise customers to showcase the value and capabilities of Singtel Cyber Security services focusing on Palo Alto’s extensive portfolio of Cybersecurity solutions, and building lasting relationships with existing and new customers.

1.Develop and deliver compelling messaging to Customer executives and decision makers

• Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to customer’s senior leadership, effectively communicating the strategic value and competitive advantages of Singtel Cybersecurity solutions based on Palo Alto technologies.
• Tailor presentations to align with the business objectives and priorities of senior executives, demonstrating how our solutions can drive their success.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations to secure buy-in and commitment.
• To elevate our value proposition to customers by leveraging the AI capabilities of Palo Alto in our solutions and emphasising the operational, commercial and other benefits to customers
