Job descriptionAt least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or as a buyer within the F&B industry. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing cost-effective deals. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Birthday leave. Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet the needs of Curly's, ensuring cost optimization.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor and ensure timely and efficient supplier performance to meet operational requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders, and ensure compliance with company policies while addressing and resolving procurement-related issues promptly.
- Support operational needs by addressing procurement-related matters to ensure smooth service delivery across all outlets.
