Account Executive (AP)(MNC)(Changi South)

Job Description

Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable function

Responsible for full set of accounts for other smaller legal entities

Supports month end closing process which includes prepayment, accruals, updating and reconciling of balance sheet closing schedules

Responsible for Group intercompany confirmation & reconciliations

Preparation of tax related filings such as GST and withholding tax

Supports statutory audit & tax filing requirements for assigned entities

Supports improvements in accounting systems and internal controls

Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 year of accounting experiences

Experience in full spectrum in accounts payable function

Diploma / Degree in Accounting
