Responsibilities
- secretarial tasks including daily administrative work supporting both management and team members
- provide timely and effective travel arrangement
- drive continuous improvement of general office / clean desk management
- documentation of process / supply chain database and follow up on supply chain setup requests
- ensure good functioning of facilities, office equipment and facilitation of new people onboarding
- supporting setup of all hands meeting, workshops and team events.
Requirements
Graduate with Diploma in Business Administration or certificate in general administration with 2 years working experience.Good command of English with an outspoken personality, systematic and possess good time planning are desired.Good skill set with use of excel, words and powerpoint.Aptitude to working autonomously within given boundary and willing to challenge where relevant.Ability to multitask and being timely.Working experience or exposure to a diverse cultural working environment will be an added advantage.Licence no : 12C6060
