Our esteemed client, an established company in Singapore, is searching for a Maintenance & Service Coordinator :
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and walk-in enquiries.
- Understand and identify customer needs, providing appropriate assistance or directing to the relevant personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate technicians for maintenance, repairs, and site inspections based on urgency and location.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of service issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, reports, and related documentation.
- Prepare and manage operational and service-related reports as required.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification and above.Prior experience in customer service or service coordination is an advantage.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Patient, professional, and empathetic when handling customer enquiries.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Additional Information :
