Manage full-spectrum of HR functions (HR Strategy&Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management&Development, Compensation&Benefits, Employee Relations&Engagement and HR Policies& Compliance)
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top IT talent.
Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle, including confirmation, promotion, transfers, and exits.
Drive performance appraisal and feedback cycles.
Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
Administer payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
Lead engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
Develop and maintain HR policies in line with MOM regulations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
Requirement
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, with min 2 years in manager role.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools.
Prior experience in the IT or technology industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
