Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will be the key steward of our product portfolio, ensuring it is perfectly optimized to captivate the traveling consumer and drive business growth in the fast-paced Travel Retail environment.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, from strategic assortment planning and demand forecasting to inventory health and launch execution.

Key Responsibilities :
Product & Assortment Strategy
- Develop and execute winning assortment strategies for the Travel Retail channel, aligned with regional and category business objectives.
- Lead SKU rationalization and range reviews to maintain a competitive, profitable, and consumer-relevant product portfolio.
- Analyze sales data, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize the product mix and manage product lifecycles effectively.
- Drive freshness and excess inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize write-offs.
- Manage the channel assortment matrix to ensure the right products are available across all airport and travel-related points of sale (POS).
- Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure flawless product launches and effective management of assortment profitability.
- Support the forecasting, management, and allocation of non-saleable items (GWP, samples, collaterals) across the region.
Demand Forecasting & Supply Coordination (50%)
Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term demand forecasts at the SKU level using historical data, market intelligence, and statistical models.Monitor forecast accuracy, conduct root cause analysis for variances, and implement improvements to enhance reliability.Serve as the key liaison for all forecast and supply-related communication with global teams, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial targets.Maintain healthy inventory levels by strategically balancing service level requirements with working capital and obsolescence risks.Collaborate with the Commercial team to evaluate and execute TREX set programs, working with Supply Chain to ensure timely readiness.Utilize and manage all company systems for forecasting and inventory management (e.g., Qlikview, SAP).Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product marketing, category management, trade marketing, or demand planning role.Experience within the Travel Retail, FMCG, or Beauty industries is a significant advantage.Strong experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.Proven ability to analyze complex numerical data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
