Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review reconciliations of OBS, EBT, and Cargo collections, and ensure timely processing of airline payments.
• Coordinate with operations departments and airlines to resolve discrepancies.
• Review and approve airline commission calculations.
• Oversee preparation and reconciliation of sales reports.
• Manage petty cash reimbursements for airlines.
• Review and maintain schedules for deposits received and paid, ensuring alignment with SAP balances.
• Provide updated schedules of security deposits to the GL team when required.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
