A Director is a senior-level manager who is respocsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, setting goals, and overseeing the operations of a department or organization to achieve business objectives. Key reponsibiities include strategic planning, leading and mentoring managers, finacial management (including budgeting and P&L oversight, risk management, relationship building with stakeholders, and ensuringing compliance with regulations and policies.
