Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant QA experience may also be considered. 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance / control, including QA checks and verification, in a GMP and / or GDP regulated environment. Fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered if they have internship or practical experience in QA / QC.
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct QA verification and approve or reject materials and finished products following Production Team checks.
- Draft, review, and update SOPs and other quality management documentation.
- Monitor and maintain records related to QMS and ensure proper documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information as an auditee.
- Raise, review and close change controls, deviations and CAPAs.
- Ensure appropriate validations are conducted.
- Review and approve specifications and other repackaging-related documents.
- Approve and monitor suppliers and contractors.
- Release inbound goods in compliance with quality requirements.
- Train operators on SOPs and procedural changes to ensure proper implementations.
- Documents and handles product complaints.
- Liaise with Principals' QA on quality-related matters.
- Perform other QA-related work as required by Management and immediate supervisor.
