Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, administer and monitor infrastructure services such as Azure, AD, DNS, DHCP, file server, email server, VDI and VMWare
- Perform regular system OS, firmware patching, bug-fixing, upgrading, and license review
- Perform periodic review of systems architecture, ongoing system performance tuning, resource optimization, capacity planning and hardware upgrade
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive etc
- Manage the operations of multiple data centres (improvements, capacity planning, rack space, power, incidents management, etc.)
- Work with third party support on maintenance of data centre systems (e.g. CRAC, UPS, Water Detection, Fire Suppression System, etc.)
- Manage vendor relationship and ensure SLAs are met in accordance with the underpinning contracts.
- Collaborate closely with other IT teams to develop technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology5 years of experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructures2 years of experience in managing data centers3 years of experience in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.Self-driven individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team.Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Office applicationsGood knowledge in supporting Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud infrastructureTell employers what skills you have
