Job Description
You will be responsible for providing corporate administration services and support to the department, in order to drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation’s systems and processes.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the management of the company's digital mailroom & document control operations
- Attend to phone calls and front desk duties
- Maintain customer database and prepare documents for clients
- Handle corporate administrative functions including repair & maintenance of office, stationery supplies, etc.
- Assist in any ad-hoc administrative projects and duties as assigned
