Roles & Responsibilities
Working Hours : 5-days work week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Working Location : Redhill E-Forum
Salary : $2,800 - $3,000 depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support experience to customers via relevant communication channels such as emails, phone etc, with a service-oriented attitude
- Pro-active in managing and responding to WhatsApp Group Chat with customers
- Provide administrative support such as data and consignment note entry and updating of records
- Establish + Maintain good rapport and build relationship with both prospective and existing customers
- Any other support to Supervisor, and as required
Criteria and Experience
Proficient in English and Mandarin in order to be able to handle queries and requests from clientsGood phone etiquette and communication skillsWork well in a team environmentSelf-motivated, proactive, confident and ability to work independently to solvev issues and deliver resultsExperiece in customer service or support role in courier company will be an added advantageStrong in Excel and other MS office applicationsInterested applicants - please send resume to hr@m4solutions.com.sg
