Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours : 5-days work week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Working Location : Redhill E-Forum

Salary : $2,800 - $3,000 depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent support experience to customers via relevant communication channels such as emails, phone etc, with a service-oriented attitude
  • Pro-active in managing and responding to WhatsApp Group Chat with customers
  • Provide administrative support such as data and consignment note entry and updating of records
  • Establish + Maintain good rapport and build relationship with both prospective and existing customers
  • Any other support to Supervisor, and as required

Criteria and Experience

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin in order to be able to handle queries and requests from clients
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, confident and ability to work independently to solvev issues and deliver results
  • Experiece in customer service or support role in courier company will be an added advantage
  • Strong in Excel and other MS office applications
