🔧 Key Responsibilities :
- Set up hardware, install, and configure software and drivers
- Maintain IT equipment such as routers, PCs, and peripherals
- Manage LAN / WAN networks, servers, and IP configurations
- Monitor and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard systems
- Perform system updates and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations
- Schedule regular maintenance and keep detailed records of support activities
- Provide user support and guide staff on IT tools and systems
🎓 Requirements :
Higher NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology (ICT Systems, Services & Support)Minimum 2 years of IT support experience preferredStrong knowledge of IT systems, networking (LAN / WAN / SD-WAN), and cybersecurityFamiliar with Active Directory / Azure AD, and PC setup via MDT or SCCMExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsOrganized, proactive, and eager to learnTell employers what skills you have
