Role description

• Assist the doctor in procedures, patient services and data requests.
• Stock checking and replenishing medicine stocks.
• To work closely with medical team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
• Provide pre-operative scheduling and coordination services.
• Handle patient queries and feedback.
• Any ad-hoc and admin duties assigned.
