Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- Assist in project tendering, budget for the project within an estimated cost.
- Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
- Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers on the project
- Managing and planning of the construction project.
- Monthly project status reports and change orders.
Requirement :
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related fieldsMin 1 year of experience in construction industryExperience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building upgrading projectOther info :
