Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business priorities into clear data strategies, ensuring alignment across regional teams
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute a data and analytics roadmap focused on driving business outcomes
- Guide and mentor a regional analytics team to build scalable processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver meaningful insights
- Track and interpret key business metrics such as user engagement, demand and supply trends, and conversion performance
- Surface insights on market dynamics and competitor behavior to support regional decision-making and strategy
- Partner with central engineering teams to continuously enhance data infrastructure, tools, and governance models
- Work closely with global and local BI teams to refine reporting frameworks and elevate analytics standards across the business
Requirements
8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a track record of leading teams and delivering business impactBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related disciplineExpert in SQL and proficient with tools like Tableau, Excel, BigQuery, or HiveStrong foundation in product, CRM, business, and market analyticsExcellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills — able to translate complex data into clear business insightsProven leadership ability, including managing multiple projects and collaborating across functionsClear and confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiencesIndustry knowledge in travel, e-commerce, or consumer platforms is a strong plusThose who are keen for the role and would like to discuss the opportunity further, please click "Apply Now" or email Kin Long at kfok@morganmckinley.com with your updated CV.
