Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the translation of business priorities into clear data strategies, ensuring alignment across regional teams
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute a data and analytics roadmap focused on driving business outcomes
  • Guide and mentor a regional analytics team to build scalable processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver meaningful insights
  • Track and interpret key business metrics such as user engagement, demand and supply trends, and conversion performance
  • Surface insights on market dynamics and competitor behavior to support regional decision-making and strategy
  • Partner with central engineering teams to continuously enhance data infrastructure, tools, and governance models
  • Work closely with global and local BI teams to refine reporting frameworks and elevate analytics standards across the business

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a track record of leading teams and delivering business impact
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Expert in SQL and proficient with tools like Tableau, Excel, BigQuery, or Hive
  • Strong foundation in product, CRM, business, and market analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills — able to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Proven leadership ability, including managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
  • Clear and confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Industry knowledge in travel, e-commerce, or consumer platforms is a strong plus
