Job Description

• In charge of ensuring the implementation of Lean / Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects in the company
• Responsible for expanding and sustaining the lean deployment efforts through facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events
• In charge of identifying, deployment and driving successful completion of Lean projects / initiatives
• In charge of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and managing the efficiently the sharing of best practices among departments
