ROLE : CHANGE LEAD
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive organisational change initiatives, improve adoption of new processes, technologies, and user experiences, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role will partner closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure change is managed effectively, communicated clearly, and embraced across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Change Management Strategy Development – Design and implement change management strategies and customise plans to support adoption of new user experiences, processes, and technologies.
- Impact & Readiness Assessment – Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness across stakeholder groups.
- Actionable Deliverables Creation – Develop communication plans, training plans, testing plans, Tabletop Exercises (TTX), stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product Owners (PO) and cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Change Communications Leadership – Lead change-related communications across internal audiences, ensuring clear, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Effectiveness Monitoring – Track change initiative frequency and measure effectiveness using data collection and analytics; adjust strategies to meet metrics for efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
- Resistance Management – Identify and manage anticipated resistance, providing proactive support and guidance to affected employees.
- Culture Development – Assess and promote a culture of continuous improvement and change agility across the organisation.
- Feedback Analysis & Automation – Analyse centralised feedback, translate it into change requirements, and support automation efforts into practical AI-driven solutions with a sustainability focus.
- Brand Alignment – Ensure all communication materials adhere to the organisation’s brand identity guidelines.
Qualifications
