Job descriptionHandle sales operations and documentation , such as quotes, invoices, and delivery orders Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate billing, and inventory tracking Identify and grow corporate and wholesale sales , including opportunities like gifting, events, and sponsorships Build strong client relationships and support proposal preparation, presentations, and deal closures Provide after-sales support and customer service to maintain client satisfaction and resolve any issues Monitor sales performance and stock levels , compile reports, and assist with market feedback and data updates Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Able to handle Mandarin speaking customers
