Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development Executive x5

Basic Salary : $3000 - $3500
Commissions Fixed at $500 per clients brought in
No transport allowance as not a hunter role. Leads will be generated by the company.
Location : Benoi Sector - Jurong West
Working days / hours : Mon – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities (B2B clients and franchise prospects) to expand the company’s reach and revenue.

Assess client requirements and develop customized solutions aligned with their business goals.

Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication to ensure alignment with brand standards and company goals.

Work closely with internal departments such as operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain to support franchisees and align on strategic initiatives.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance or any related field

1 - 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or client / affiliation relationship management

Familiarity with supply chain, logistics or e-commerce will be an added advantage
