Roles & Responsibilities
Position : Assistant Retail Supervisor / Manager
Salary : up to $3800 (depend on exp)
Working Day : 5 Days (44 working hour per week)
Working Location : Island wide
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly.
- Respond to consumer questions and make the right recommendations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- To guarantee sufficient product availability, keep an eye on and restock inventory and stockpiles.
- Determine and put into practice tactics to enhance sales prospects and track sales performance.
- Carry out administrative tasks as delegated, supporting the general structure and management of the store.
