Roles & Responsibilities

Aurion Health is a specialist clinic rooted in quality medical care and anchored by individuals who care deeply about patients and thoughtful service.

This role is for you if :

Your job will involve :

  • scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • picking up phone calls and responding to emails and messages
  • meeting and greeting patients
  • registering patients
  • coordinating scans, appointments and surgeries
  • explaining the bill and collecting payment
  • filing Insurance and Medisave on behalf of patients
  • assisting in clinic procedures
  • simple housekeeping of the clinic
  • non- medicine inventory management
  • any miscellanous duties assigned.

    • Your working hours will be :

  • Mon - Fri : 8.45 am - 5.30pm
  • Sat : 8.45 am - 1pm
  • Sun and Public Holiday : None
