Electrical Technician - D22 Jurong, Jurong Island, Tuas, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair factory electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
• Lead in the repair or replacement defective or malfunctioning components of equipment
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and safety standards.
• Document all electrical work performed, including repairs and maintenance activities.
• Analyze process parameters, alarms and information / drawings to diagnose and trouble shoot equipment problems
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently
• Assess spare part requirements and raise purchases, record parts and materials used and review tender quotations
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and advancements in electrical technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
