Roles & Responsibilities
As a Consultant in Solution Development - you will design, develop, configure, and support software systems, focusing on Dynamics 365 Service App and related Microsoft technologies. You will serve as a technical expert, participating in the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. You will work closely with clients, IT staff, and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Job Scope :
- Develop, configure, and maintain software systems and applications, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Service App and related Microsoft technologies.
- Analyse requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Design and implement conceptual architecture and technical solutions for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Configure, customise, deploy, and administer Dynamics 365 modules (Service App).
- Build and maintain custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and form / field customisations.
- Lead and review work across all phases of the projects (plan, analyse, design, build, test).
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology and design teams for consistent client interaction and solution delivery.
- Ensure integration with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and Power Platform.
- Facilitate integration using appropriate technologies and tools.
- Communicate and present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Qualifications : Experience :
8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics applications / modules development, customization and / or support.Proven experience with Dynamics 365 modules (Service App).Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and functionalities.Experience in CRM administration, configuration, customisation, deployment, and administration.Experience with custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and form / field customisations.Experience using Azure DevOps.Experience consulting with external clients on complex projects, including lead roles.Experience working with cross functional teams on technology implementation and maintenance projects.Skills :
Proficiency in programming technologies e.g., C#, JavaScript, HTML.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical design.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent client management skills and the ability to develop and manage action plans.Technologies :
