Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day sales and operations of spa
business
Achieve personal and outlet sales
targets consistently
Work closely with the
Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional
activities, and handle social media / phone inquiries
Build customer relationships into long-term
clients
Handle customers' feedback and provide
service recovery where necessary.
Evaluate
staff performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching.
Analyse, maintain, and develop standard operating
procedures
Handle ad-hoc duties and projects
assigned by management
Build and motivate the
operations team to boost sales
performance
JOB
REQUIREMENTS : Required
language(s) : English, Mandarin (to handle Mandarin-speaking
customers).
Required Skill(s) : team
management, sales and operations, consultation, customer
service
At least 3 years of relevant sales
experience in the aesthetics industry, and experience in outlet
management.
Well-groomed with a pleasant
personality
Results-driven and
service-oriented with proven sales track record.
Strong aptitude in sales promotional
techniques
