Role Mission :
To establish Diageo brands leadership in Singapore through effective management of the sales team, implementing commercial strategies, managing brand partners, and strengthening internal processes to drive efficacy and profitability.
Job Responsibilities :
Managing Commercial Team
- Set and monitor KPIs of the sales team to drive company KPIs.
- Manage both sales and trade marketing teams to deliver KPIs.
- Build competency on sales and trade marketing teams, establishing them as first in class benchmarking for the industry.
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
Plan topline commercial strategies and priorities.Consolidate market intel and feedback through the sales team to stay ahead of the competition and formulate effective commercial strategies.Work with management and finance to roll out internal commercial offerings to the trade.Commercial Strategies
Work with Diageo SP to implement and execute key commercial strategies.Formulate and identify key strategic pillars for short and medium term growth.Manage Company KPIs
Work with COO / CEO on Topline Company KPIs.Monthly tracking and monitoring of KPIs, reporting to COO / CEO on progress and key implementations.Lead monthly review sessions with Diageo.Sales Forecast Accuracy
Work closely with the commercial team to build an 18-month forward forecast.Work with Finance Analyst and Diageo teams to ensure optimum Sales Forecast Accuracy targets are met.Job Requirements :
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant experience.Minimum of 10 years experience in the alcohol-related industry.Sound foundation in finance.Revenue Growth Management experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Able to communicate professionally and effectively.Work well in a variety of team dynamics.J-18808-Ljbffr
