Roles & Responsibilities

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Ward Service Associate , where you will support daily ward operations and patient care. This role involves assisting patients with meals, maintaining ward cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all. With structured training, long-term growth prospects, and a supportive work environment, this opportunity offers both stability and purpose within the healthcare sector.

What We’re Looking For

Locals only
Minimum Higher Nitec or WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care)
Candidates with F&B / Warehouse / Customer Service experience are welcome
Compassionate, proactive, and a strong team player
Basic computer literacy
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

2-year contract with renewal or conversion to permanent role

15-month annual package (inclusive of AWS)

What you'll be doing :

Provide assistance to patients, including meal ordering and feeding support

Ensure correct and timely meal delivery

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in ward and pantry areas

Support nursing staff by reporting patient feedback and ensuring safety practices

Manage pantry inventory and assist with general ward duties

Maintains tidiness of ward, pantry, clean utility.

Tracks and maintains ward pantry inventories, reports missing items to the supervisors promptly.

What is in for you?

Salary : $2,100 – $2,300 + AWS + Performance Bonus (1–3 months)

Location : Jurong Area

Work Schedule : 5 days a week | Rotating shifts (7 : 00am–4 : 30pm / 10 : 00am–7 : 30pm)

Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
