Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
- Check assigned activities at site and ensure quality and safety
- Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at the site.
- Gather, check site date, recording and monitoring of site work progress / productivity
- Prepared technical write-up for tender submission including drawings, methodology and program
- Liaise with design consultant to ensure completion of deliverables
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule
- Prepared document for tender submission
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
- Liaise with design consultant to ensure completion of deliverables
- Procurement and estimating of trackwork materials
- Assisted in preparing presentation slides for internal management review and tender interview with client
Requirements :
Min Diploma / Degree.Able to lead and work independently.Able to motivate in a challenging work environment.Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.Tell employers what skills you have
